Our tourguide will tell you all the secrets about one of the 7 miracles in the world on Piazza Dei Miracoli and you’ll really understand why it’sleaning…There is so much to know about the Cathedral, magnificentmasterpiece of Romanesque style, and the pulpit of Giovanni Pisano, and theunique and biggest Baptistery in Italy. But Pisa is not only the “Miraclesquare” and we’ll continue our tour with an other important square:Piazza dei Cavalieri (Knight’s square) and the old monumental palaces ofthe town.

La Torre pendente di Pisa è conosciuta in tutto il mondo essendo una dellesette meraviglie. La nostra visita guidata inizierà con la famosissima“Piazza dei miracoli”, dove oltre la Torre sorgono il più grande Battistero in Italia, all’interno con la stupenda fonte battesimale di Nicola Pisano e la bellissima Cattedrale in stile pisano-romanico dedicata allaVergine Maria. Proseguiremo con la Piazza dei Cavalieri, centro rinascimentaledella città.

Martedì/Tuesday

• Cinque Terre (Departure: 8 AM – Return: 7 PM) - price: 70 euro

Travelling by boat around the “Five Lands” is more thanromantic. Today you can discover one of the most amazing and enchantinglandscape in the world. We’ll admire some of the Mediterranean’smost picturesque seaside Ligurian villages and stop at the smallest one:Vernazza and the biggest one: Monterosso. During our cruise which will startwith the port of Venus – Portovenere, where Lord Byron loved to takeinspiration for his poetry, you can make the most beautiful and panoramicphotos to all the five villages with its colourful houses. Free time forswimming and lunch (we’ll suggest you the nicest local restaurant whereto taste the best sea food).

• Cinque Terre (Partenza ore 8’00 – Ritorno ore 19’00) -70 euro

Un intera giornata dedicata alla scoperta di uno dei paesaggi più suggestivial mondo. Dopo aver raggiunto con il pullman il Golfo dei poeti, inizieremo lanostra romantica gita in barca dal porto della dea Venere – Portovenere,dove anche Lord Byron usava rifugiarsi ed ispirarsi. Col battello proseguiremolungo la costa ligure a avremmo la possibilità di ammirare tutti e cinquepaesini: Riomaggiore - Manarola – Corniglia - Vernazza e Monterosso. Sbarcheremo al più piccolo borgo marinaro: Vernazza, dichiarato PatrimonioMondiale dell’Umanità dall’UNESCO, e al più grande: Monterosso,dove assaggeremo il famoso vino bianco delle 5 Terre.

Mercoledì/Wednesday

• Siena San Gimignano (Depart: 9 AM – Return: 6.30 PM) -price: 70 euro

Come and see the magnificent medieval town of Siena! There will be a guidedwalk through the narrow ancient streets to discover one of most beautifulsquares in Europe: Piazza del Campo, which shape reminds us of a shell. Sienahas one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in Tuscany and the famous MusicAcademy – Accademia Chigiana. After some free time for lunch (why notsitting at one of the open-air restaurants on the fascinating Campo square)we’ll follow through the countryside of Chianti area among the beautifulhills of vineyards and olive-groves to S. Gimignano. This is the town of thefair towers, dating back to Etruscan period. Here you’ll have a chance towalk among the old medieval towers, take look at the colourful pottery shops orhave the best gelato on the spot where the famous movie “Tea withMussolini” was filmed.

• Siena San Gimignano (Partenza ore 9’00 – Ritorno ore18’30) - 70euro

A Siena non può mancare la visita di una delle più grandi piazzed’Europa: la Piazza del Campo. Creata sull’antico foro romano informa di conchiglia, la piazza è famosa anche perché qui due volte l’anno(2 Luglio e 16 Agosto) i rivali delle 17 contrade senesi si accendono in unPalio: il Palio di Siena. Dopo la bellissima piazza vedremo la Cattedrale, il Battistero e l’Accademia Chigiana. Tempo libero a disposizione e per ilpranzo per poi proseguire per la piccola cittadina medioevale di S.Gimignano.Olio, vino e terracotta ecco le produzioni principali nella città delle torri. L’arrivo a S.Gimignano è previsto nel primo pomeriggio. Qui passeggiandotranquillamente avrete l’occasione di godervi un indimenticabilepanorama, le piazze e le torri medievali ed i caratteristici negozi diceramica.

Giovedì/Thursday

• Vinci & Wine (Departure: 2 PM – Return: 7 PM) - price: 49 euro

This is a wonderful tour for those who want to combine wine and relax! Thewinery we are going to visit is situated over the small village of Leonardo Da Vinci – quite place with a stunning view over the vineyards and olivegroves. Everything in Vinci tells us about the Genius: the streets, the churchwhere he was baptized, the square of the medieval Guidi Castle. We’llgive you time to discover the enchanting atmosphere of Vinci. Our first stopwill be the local farmhouse and boutique winery where you can taste the Chiantiwine and the delicious flavour of good extra-virgin olive oil withbruschetta.

• Vinci & Vino (Partenza ore 14’00 – Ritorno ore 19’00)- 49 euro

Questa è una escursione dedicata agli amanti del buon vino e del relax. Lacittà natale di Leonardo da Vinci si nasconde fra le colline del Montalbano efra i bellissimi vigneti ed oliveti. Visiteremo uno dei più famosi produttoridel vino Chianti della zona e avremo un assaggio guidato, abbinato a bruschettee salame toscano. Dopo aver assaporato la tradizione enogastronomica diLeonardo ci fermeremo nella sua piccola cittadina natale, dove tutto parla delgenio: Il Castello dei Conti Guidi, la chiesa dove era battezzato, le strade ele piazze.

Venerdì/Friday

• Florence – (Departure: 9’00 AM – Return: 6 PM) - price: 69 euro

This marvellous guided walking tour will let you discover the mostsuggestive corners of Florence. We’ll start with the Dominican churchSanta Maria Novella along with Medici’s church S. Lorenzo and visit ofthe Cathedral complex: the Cathedral, Giotto’s bell tower and theBaptistery with the famous Gate of Paradise. The next stop will be the Piazzadella Signoria and the old “Jeweller’s bridge” – PonteVecchio, where it is well worth making a quick stop to admire the splendidcontents in the tiny old jeweller’s shops. Our tour will end in thefamous Uffizi Gallery. We’ll provide you the pre booked tickets for the Uffizi. Follow free time for lunch and shopping.

• Firenze – (Partenza ore 9’00 – Ritorno ore 18’00) -69 euro

La nostra celebre passeggiata inizierà con la visita della bellissima Cattedrale fiorentina Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo) e proseguirà con ilCampanile di Giotto, il Battistero di San Giovanni, Piazza della Signoria,Ponte Vecchio, dove come la regina d’Inghilterra potremo osservare ecomprare gioielli preziosi dalle antiche botteghe orafe. • Lucca (Partenza ore 9’00 – Ritorno ore 14’00) - 50 euro

Passeggiata guidata nella “città delle cento chiese”. Visiteremo il bellissimo Duomo e la chiesa di San Michele, eretta sulle rovinedell’antico foro romano. Vedremo anche le due torri più famose: la Torredell’Orologio e la Torre Guinigi. Per ricordare l’originedell’antica Lucca passeremo dall’Anfiteatro romano e dalle possentimura.

• Historical Villas of Lucca(Dep: 2 PM – Return: 7 PM) - price: 55euro

Along the valleys of Lucca and in the plain of Monte Pisani we’lladmire the beautiful country villas. Most of them were summer residences ofnoble Italian families and are real examples of different architectural stilesin Tuscany. We’ll visit the most famous: Villa Torrigiani and VillaReale.

• Lemon's Garden & Bonsaivillage - Monday (4 PM - 7 PM)- 35 euro

Guided visit of one of the most famous lemon garden in the town of theflowers Pescia. There are more than 200 types of citrus plants. Guided tastingof lemon, mandarin, orange and grapefruit marmalade will be included. • Giardino degli agrumi & Museo del bonsai - Lunedì ( 16 - 19 ) –35 euro

Visita guidata al giardino degli agrumi ornamentali a Pescia, la città deifiori. Il giardino raccoglie oltre 200 varietà di agrumi provenienti da tuttoil mondo. Condizioni Generali

Come&See Italy, organizza ed effettua le escursioni previste nelpresente programma in base all’autorizzazione amministrativa dellaProvincia di Pistoia, n. 16906, il programma è conforme al testo verificato aisensi del D.L. 111/95, ratifica della direttiva CEE 90/314.

• Le accettazioni delle prenotazioni sono subordinate alladisponibilità dei posti. Tutte le escursioni vengono effettuate per un minimodi 15 partecipanti.
• Le disdette delle prenotazioni alle escursioni dovranno pervenireall’organizzazione entro l’7° giorno precedente a quello prenotatoe non daranno luogo a nessuna penale. Dopo l’7° e fino al 2° giorno saràaddebitato il 50% della tariffa in vigore; dopo il 2° giorno precedentel’escursione sarà dovuto il pagamento dell’intero importodell’escursione stessa e nessun rimborso sarà riconosciuto.
• Nessun rimborso sarà riconosciuto al cliente che non si presenti allapartenza all'orario stabilito; egualmente nessun rimborso spetterà al clienteche perdesse contatto con la guida o non effettuasse l'intera escursione.
• Se per qualsiasi ragione l'organizzazione annulli l'escursione, ilcliente avrà diritto al rimborso delle sole somme pagate.
• L'organizzazione non risponde per danni causati da terzi o per causedi forza maggiore, come la stessa non è responsabile degli smarrimenti divalori o oggetti avvenuti durante tutta la durata dell'escursione.

Generale Condition

Come&See Italy organizes and carries out the excursions presented inthis program on the basis of the administrative authorization of PistoiaProvince, n. 16906 The program conforms to the text established according tothe D.L. 111/95, approved by EEC regulation n. 90/314.

• Bookings are subject to place availability. All excursions areorganized for a minimum of 15 participants.
• Cancellations of excursion bookings made to the organization at least7 days prior to the day booked for the excursion will not be penalized. From 7to 2 days prior to the excursion, 50% of the fare will be payable; less than 2days the payment should be made in full for the excursion and no reimbursementwill be granted.
• No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at theplace of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement will begranted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete theexcursion.
• If for any reason the organization cancels the excursion, the clientcan claim reimbursement only of the sum paid.
• The organization cannot take responsibility for damage caused bythird parties or for reasons beyond their control, and cannot be heldresponsible for the loss of valuables or objects during excursions.
